Do I need any technical skills to use your templates?
No coding knowledge is required. Our templates are built for WordPress using the Divi Builder, which features a visual drag-and-drop interface. We also provide detailed step-by-step documentation to guide you through the installation and customization process.
What do I need before purchasing a template?
Before installing a Barakah Creative template, you will need:
- A domain name
- A WordPress hosting account (we recommend SiteGround, Bluehost, or similar)
- A WordPress installation already set up
- An active Divi Theme license from Elegant Themes
Once these are ready, you’ll be able to install and set up your template in no time.
How do I get started after purchasing?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your download files and a link to our support documentation. Follow the instructions to install and import your new template, or book our Installation Service if you’d like us to set it up for you.

Can I use the template for multiple websites?
Each template purchase includes a single site license. If you’d like to use the same template on multiple sites, please purchase additional licenses or contact us for bulk options.
How long will it take to set up my website?
Most users can set up their new site in a few hours using our documentation. If you choose our Installation Service, we typically complete the setup within 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of your content.
Do you offer customization services?
Yes! We offer add-on customization options if you want us to adjust colors, fonts, layouts, or add extra functionality. You can request a custom quote via our contact form.
Will the template look exactly like the demo?
Yes, as long as you follow the included instructions, your site will look just like the demo. You’ll be able to replace text and images with your own content.
💳 Payments and Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the template files have been downloaded.
However, if you encounter a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, we’ll do our best to find a solution or provide an exchange if appropriate.
Is a theme purchase a one-time fee?
Yes, you only have to purchase the theme once for your site. Future theme updates are free at no additional cost.

Do you offer customer support?
Yes! We provide free support for 30 days from the date of purchase. This includes help with installation issues, template bugs, or clarifying how to use included features.
Support does not cover customization or third-party plugins.
How do I access support?
You can submit a support ticket through our Support Portal or email us at support@barakahcreative.com. Please include your order number, website URL, and a clear description of the issue.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, we offer optional Website Care Plans for ongoing support, updates, and technical maintenance. This is perfect if you prefer a hands-off approach. Contact us for details.

Do I own the template after purchase?
You receive a non-exclusive license to use the template on one website. You may customize it freely for your own business, but you cannot redistribute, resell, or share the files.
Can I resell or share the template?
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing (including giving files to friends or clients) is strictly prohibited. Each site requires its own license.
Who owns the content I add to the site?
All content you upload (text, images, products, etc.) remains 100% yours. The template provides the structure and design; your content is fully under your ownership.

What’s included in the Installation Service?
Our optional Installation Service includes:
- Installing WordPress (if not already installed)
- Installing Divi and activating your license
- Uploading and importing your purchased template
- Setting up your homepage and demo content
- Configuring basic settings (menus, widgets, etc.)
How long does installation take?
We typically complete installations within 3–5 business days once we receive your website details and hosting access.
What do you need from me to install the template?
We’ll need:
- Your domain and hosting login details
- Your WordPress admin login
- Your Elegant Themes (Divi) license key
We’ll send you a secure form to submit these details once you book the service.
